1 JOHN 4:19
“We love Him because He first loved us.”
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
We are currently under the management and care of Trinity Baptist Church, Nairobi from 21st April 2024 until our relaunch
Dear Beloved friends,
Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
We want to take a moment to share some important news with you. As UGCC, we are excited to announce that our church will be undergoing a significant transition in the coming months, primarily under the care of Trinity Baptist Church, Donholm.
While we will not be meeting for services during this period of transition (thus we are no longer at Rey Sarey Gardens, Marurui), our church is not closing permanently. Starting 21st April 2024, UGCC will be merging with Trinity Baptist Church (www.trinity.or.ke). Anything related to UGCC will be handled by Trinity Baptist Church, in trust. This is all in preparation for a church plant in a new area. Thus, it is important to note that UGCC will be later relocating to a new geographical location as we are relaunched. This will be a necessary step as we seek to better serve Christ and fulfil the calling that God has placed upon our congregation.
We kindly ask for your understanding, patience, and support as we navigate this transition. We are trusting in the love and wisdom of our Sovereign God every step of the way. We know that no matter what, the Lord’s plans for us are good, even for all those who are called according to His glorious purpose.
Please stay connected with us through our website and various social media platforms for updates and information about our progress. More details will be communicated in due time. Most importantly, let us continue to pray, trusting in the faithfulness of our great God and Saviour, to whom belong majesty and dominion.
May God bless you abundantly. Soli Deo Gloria!
In Christ’s love,
Joe Mwita Thwagi,
Pastor, Upendo Gospel Community Church, Kenya.
We have been loved by our Lord Jesus Christ, and this is the basis of our love for one another. Let us consider the great love of God, which ought to spur our love for one another. We ought to love God, and love people, especially fellow believers.
